David Tennant

David Tennant cuyo nombre original era David John McDonald, nacio en Bathgate, Escocia; 18 de abril de 1971, es un actor escocés, de cine, televisión y teatro. Entre sus obras más conocidas se encuentran una aclamada representación teatral de Hamlet, Mucho Ado About Nothing, Richard II.

David Tennant es más conocido por su papel como el Decimo Doctor en la Serie de BBC Doctor Who, Barty Crouch Jr. en Harry Potter y el Cáliz de Fuego y el inspector Alec Hardy en Broadchurch. En 2013 ganó un Premio Daytime Emmy al mejor actor en un programa de animación por Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Su gran carrera teatral es extensa, destacá su aclamada interpretación en Hamlet. Ganó fama en el Reino Unido gracias a sus papeles en Casanova, Blackpool, Secret Smile, Doctor Who y la cuarta entrega cinematográfica de Harry Potter.

Repercusión mediática.

En diciembre de 2005, el periódico inglés The Stage lo nombró el sexto artista televisivo más influyente en el Reino Unido entre los diez primeros. Un mes después, los lectores del periódico para gays The pink paper lo nombraron “el hombre más atractivo del universo” (por encima del futbolista David Beckham o el actor Brad Pitt).3 La revista New woman le nombró el 20º hombre en su lista “100 hombres” después de sondear a 10.000 mujeres.

Vida sentimental.

El 30 de diciembre del 2011 se casó con la actriz Georgia Moffett, quien interpretó a la hija del Doctor durante la cuarta temporada de la serie Doctor Who. El 29 de marzo del mismo año la pareja le dio la bienvenida a su primera hija juntos, Olive. Ese mismo año, David anunció que había adoptado a Tyler, el hijo de Georgia de una relación anterior. En el 2013 David anunció que Georgia y él estaban esperando a su segundo hijo, cuyo nombre finalmente fue Wilfred.

En la actualidad la familia a aumentado con otra niña de nombre Doris.

They’ve almost got this right; it’s now down to a four week iondww between the UK and US premieres, which is a real good sign of progress.I’m hoping that going forward they get it down from here to something more user friendly, say about a 72 hour iondww. Let’s hope they manage to hit that mark during the Matt Smith run of the show.

I saw the complete edosipe of this on Discovery Channel (in the US) very interesting but rather sad How come we don’t create a faux iceberg that is really a powered raft to help all the bears get where they are going? They hop on, and we drive it or via GPS it drives itself.I’m all for technology, and using robotic cameras to see what we normally wouldn’t, but how about we take the next step and use technology to actually DO SOMETHING, rather than just make TV?
